Terms & Conditions Jettbet
Table of contents
A plain-language summary of the conditions that apply at Jettbet Casino covers eligibility, payments, the welcome package and account safeguards. Access is limited to adults aged 18 and over. The operator, Fortuna Games N.V., works under a Curaçao eGaming licence for Jettbet Casino, the minimum deposit is EUR 20 for most methods, and the operator's own published terms remain the binding text for Jettbet.
Eligibility, Account Rules and Documents
Registration is open to adults, and each person holds one account. The details entered at sign-up must match the identity documents, since the operator compares them before the first withdrawal.
Adult Status and One Profile per Person
The legal age of 18 applies to every registrant, and the account is personal. Passing it to another person or opening a second account for the same person conflicts with the conditions of the site.
Registration Data Against Uploaded Papers
Name, birth date and address entered at registration must agree with the uploaded papers. Documents are requested before the first payout, and a match between both sets of data allows the withdrawal to proceed within 24 to 48 hours of verification.
Rules for Payments and Withdrawals
The cashier accepts the methods listed on the site, and conditions attach to both directions of money flow.
| Condition | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | EUR 20 for most methods |
| Processing of a withdrawal | 24 to 48 hours after verification |
| Daily withdrawal ceiling | EUR 500 |
| Weekly withdrawal ceiling | EUR 3,500 |
| Monthly withdrawal ceiling | EUR 15,000 |
| Progressive jackpot wins | Paid in full |
Accepted Instruments and Entry Amount
Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard and seven crypto coins are listed, and the entry amount of EUR 20 applies to most of them. Payments are expected to come from instruments in the name of the account holder.
Ceilings and Return Route
Withdrawals are bound by the daily, weekly and monthly ceilings, and jackpot wins sit outside the monthly one. A payout normally returns through the route that funded the account, which allows the system to match both directions.
Conditions of the Four-Stage Welcome Offer
The welcome package of 450% up to EUR 6,000 with 425 free spins is divided between the first four deposits.
Stage Selection at the Deposit Step
A stage is chosen when the deposit is made, and the bonus funds and spins of that stage are credited afterwards. Choosing happens in the cashier, so no separate application is needed for the offer. A player may stop after any stage, and the unclaimed stages simply lapse.
Wagering, Stake Cap and Validity
Wagering is 30x on deposit plus bonus within a validity of 10 days per deposit, and spin winnings carry 40x. A cap on the stake per round applies while wagering is active, and the load becomes lighter as the loyalty level rises. Winnings turn into withdrawable cash once the requirement is met.
Safer Play, Operator and Disputes
Limits on deposits, session timers and self-exclusion are set in the account profile, and a request for a longer break goes to the support team. Gambling is for adults only. Independent organisations such as GamCare and BeGambleAware offer free advice to anyone concerned about their play.
Profile Tools
A limit applies to the whole account, whatever the device or payment instrument, so a deposit made by card and one made by coin count towards the same total. Self-exclusion closes the account for the chosen period, and questions about it are answered by the support team.
Operator Entity and First Contact
The site is run by Fortuna Games N.V. under a Curaçao eGaming licence. A dispute starts with the support team through live chat or e-mail, with the account e-mail, the date and amount of the transaction and a description of the issue. The published conditions of the casino set out how complaints are treated.
Conclusion on Conditions Under the Jettbet Casino Login
The conditions of Jettbet Casino can be summed up in four points. Adults only may play, with one account per person. Documents must match the registration data. The cashier works with a EUR 20 entry amount and ceilings of EUR 500, EUR 3,500 and EUR 15,000. The welcome package carries wagering and validity set in the bonus terms. Every session after the Jettbet Casino login falls under the same rules, and the published terms of the operator remain the authoritative text for every account.
